Photo Requirements
Good Quality Photos: Original photos are the best, the more detail’s I can see more gets added to the portrait. Try to avoid screenshots and forwarding shared images!
Natural Light: showing the true colour of the features, fur and those amazing reflections that can be seen in our pet’s eyes!
Eye Level: within proximity and not human height distorting the face proportion, remember to take off their collars/ harness if you don’t want that included in the portrait. Eyes for me often show the soul if captured well. If not I’m able to add a little sparkle!
Character: most importantly, bring your pets character through the picture! When taking a photo try to use treats, toys, or even the mention of ‘walkies’ to get them looking your way. I I can include favourite toys, blankets etc. into the portrait if requested.

Do you only commission animals?
No, whilst my current projects have been growing in popularity, I have experience in landscape including flowers and plants, buildings, people and many more areas.

I’ve commissioned many surprise portraits, they’re the perfect gift! We’d have a free consultation with the photos you have prior to commitment or I can offer vouchers.
Do you offer discounts?
Returning portrait customers receive 10% discount off further portraits, T&Cs apply.
Can I have my pet added to cards?
Yes you can, depending on the style of painting etc. If I can use your pet for my cards then you will get some free cards or a discount on the portrait!
